PENSON Group Ltd is the holding company that owns all shares of all PENSON subsidiaries. The Group is owned exclusively by our CEO to ensure that a personal level of service is provided to clients.

The Group also owns all facilities & equipment that supports its services. We do not hold any leases, loans or bank overdrafts. PENSON is a very secure financial entity.


PENSON SUBSIDIARIES;

PENSON ARCHITECTS LTD provides full architectural services for all R.I.B.A Work Stages through to expert witness & planning consultancy services. It also provides a complete interior design service.


PENSON STRUCTURES LTD covers all building & civil engineering services complete. We firmly believe that the architects & interior designers should sit next to the engineers & vice versa.


We concentrate on offering a selective schedule of services that are focused on creating well honed buildings or interiors. By concentrating on Architecture, Interiors & Structures we tend to find that project managers, developers or private clients can feel comfortable with entrusting us with their important projects. We do not pretend to cover all services under a one stop shop.
