BACKGROUND
This 600,000sq.ft mixed use tower is set to become a new icon at Dubai.

Although only being commissioned in February 08, PENSON have already created commercially adept proposals which are currently being developed in detail for a fast track construction in 2010.

Final designs are due to be released during the summer.
