BACKGROUND
Following the successful delivery of some key projects for the University of the Arts London, PENSON has been appointed to design their new HQ in the heart of High Holborn, London.

The 90,000 sq.ft building is being transformed from a high profile office HQ, into a stimulating, creative campus building accommodating over 1,500 staff & students across 11 floors.

The building will be buzzing with digital libraries, teaching spaces, lecture theatres, student triages, SU Bar & funky admin areas.

The fact that PENSON were commissioned in December 2009 with completion needing to be achieved by 1st March 2010, underlines the trust that the University's estates team holds in PENSON's capabilities.

Works are currently on site with ISG as the main management contractor.
