BACKGROUND
First, board a train to Brighton. Then hail a random cab and ask for Brighton's Time Machine and the driver will know that he or she has to deliver you at the rather iconic door of a rather blue HQ & Training Centre in the heart of Brighton.

For a mere 108 pounds per square foot, PENSON have created an eventful HQ for Brighton & Hove's main public transport provider.

The building's recipe is simple.

1. Take some strip footings, blocks & timber roofing to form a solid base mix.

2. Then using random hole cutters, create random apertures in your front wall using small windows to rooms that need security. Use bigger holes for rooms that need light and colour.

4. Randomly colour your windows.

5. Then ice your front wall with textured colour-fast render to create a soft sponge type texture.

6. Allow everything to dry & set.

7. Switch on your lights.

Your cake should then look like the adjacent pictures. As BA Business Life stated - "This building is sheer genius".
