BACKGROUND
PENSON has been commissioned to develop globally renowned proposals for the Republic of Yemen to uplift the countries tourism profile. Our brief is to design the best hotel & resort in the world to compliment some awesome unspoilt scenery.

Proposals are underway involving a unique destination resort with 2 golf courses, 2 very large hotels, restaurants and of course a large marina.

An entire five mile stretch of the most beautiful coastline is being master planned and designed in detail exclusively by PENSON.

Construction is due to commence 2013.
