BACKGROUND
Stoke Place Hotel was purchased by one of our clients as a going concern whilst it was in need of some urgent TLC. We were appointed to economically transform the hotel to present the new owners with the first stage of creating a destination boutique hotel near to Heathrow.

Using clever choices of materials with our interior designers & limited scopes of works architecturally, the new bedrooms have transformed the hotel to a level where people like Ricky Gervais now stay from time to time taking the hotel way beyond the expectation of the client.

This is a true example of how the combination of good interior design mixed with architectural expertise can tweak and minimise scopes of work & costs, but also maximise impact.

We dealt with delicate Listed Building applications in a very short space of time & handed the hotel over just in time for the Rolls Royce AGM being the hotels first booking after completion.
