BACKGROUND
Our CEO is particularly proud of this project. It is one of our first handovers in the heart of Wentworth Estate. As our CEO was leaving a restaurant in London with another client, John Rampello walked in & the marriage continued from there.

John Rampello formerly head of front of house at Wentworth Golf Club wanted his first restaurant to continue his strict level of service, exquisite food but with a warm feel by loosing any intimidation that sometimes comes with the stigma of Wentworth.

At the pitch whilst up against some of Londons best & already established talent, our CEO secured the commission to convert the existing property to create a fine dining experience with just one image that just managed to hit the spot.

Our proposal of dark walls, dark carpet & timber floors, dark ceilings & white furniture was the absolute opposite to most venues opening in London at that time. That was our CEOs pitch. Sometimes you must do the opposite to everyone else.

Bluebells Restaurant is now frequented by the occasional footballer, pop, golf & TV stars.

As Hospitality Interiors Magazine quote. Pale walls and dark furniture. Who would want that having seen Bluebells.
