BACKGROUND
PENSON was commissioned by a large private developer based in the midlands to explore proposals to convert the existing Midlands Fire Service HQ at Lancaster Circus, central Birmingham into a new private college campus.

Our scheme creates over 315,000sq.ft which is part conversion of the existing building with an intelligent geometric glass canopy covering the large central campus park that is currently the fire station car park.
