BACKGROUND
Ramada Hotels commissioned PENSON to extend & refurbish their Kings Lynn venue. In conjunction with solving complex flooding issues we managed to simplify the scheme required omitting lifts & other unnecessary & costly features that were superfluous.

Whilst doing this, we highlighted that the internal finish to rooms could be unique & different in relation to other hotel brands.

Negotiations took place with tendering contractors following a very detailed set of working drawings prepared by PENSON. With the very high level of detail covering every single aspect of the project, contractors have been happy to offer a fully fixed price contract.

Construction is due to commence 2008.
