	CRYSTAL BAR, STOKE PLACE HOTEL, STOKE POGES, BERKSHIRE. A bar next door to the James Bond Studios in Berkshire.
	M1NT BAR CHELSEA F.C A sketch proposal fo a private bar at Chelsea F.C for a certain chap who is Russian.
	M1NT BAR MAYFAIR Proposals for a private bar, Mayfair.
	PLAYBOY CLUB, LONDON. This involves the world' deepest shagpile carpet, illuminated silk floors, the origami bar & many other spaces that have very clever & uniqie ideas attached. This is to be London's coolest private club.
	THE BARBICAN, JOHANNESBURG, S.A. A 1920's insurance HQ is being converted into an 11 storey private club. The Moon Bar at the rooftop is going to be heaven.

	COLLEGE CAMPUS, LANCASTER CIRCUS, BIRMINGHAM. A bid for the old Midlands Fire Service HQ on Lancaster Circus in central Birmingham is to be converted into a college campus.
	LIBRARY STAIRCASE, LONDON COLLEGE OF COMMUNICATIONS. A feature staircase for the University of the Arts, London. This joins a 1st & 2nd floors of a high rise tower block. You can see the sky.

	PECKHAM GALLERY, LONDON The new public gallery will be an Uber cool, leading edge building. It will have the best sustainable credentials. It will glow. It will display artwork both canvas & digitally based.
	TV STUDIO, UNIVERSITY OF THE ARTS LONDON. This TV studio is a special facility to train students the art of filming body movement to transport the action into computer generated 3d film. It is located at the London College of Communications, Elephant & Castle.

	BRIGHTON & HOVE BUSES HQ. Brightons' Time Machine has landed. This is one of PENSON's first handovers to its ongoing client The Go-Ahead Group Plc.

	DDS HQ, TATE MODERN, LONDON. Against most Architects in London, PENSON was at the beginning the underdog. However, through our individual design we came second against DEGW one of the world'ds largest Architectural firms.
	EADS ASTRIUM Astrium make space ships. Its as simple as that. They wanted a cool firm to design their various projects around 2 campuses that accommodate over 3,000 staff. This is their ultra cool reception proposal that is currently being developed to build out 2008
	EADS ASTRIUM 48.1, PORTSMOUTH, HAMPSHIRE. This is our first project with Astrium. An office space for 120 staff. Ultra cool conference rooms, meeting rooms & open plan areas which changed the entire ethos of how offices within Astrium work.
	EADS ASTRIUM EXECUTIVE SUITE, PORTSMOUTH. The MD of Astrium saw our proposals for the new main reception & immediately wanted the executive areas to be fitted out to a high standard. We are currently developing a very special series of boardrooms, meeting rooms, directors offices & waiting areas to form a European executive suite.

	100 CITY CENTRE HOMES, CITY OF SALISBURY. Relocation of existing bus depot & residential redevelopment of 100 city centre family homes in Salisbury, Wiltshire.
	147 BESPOKE HOMES, OTE PARK, BURGESS HILL. A bespoke residential village with a central green, truly individual homes amongst open spaces all linked with a new riverside walk.
	149 RIVERSIDE APARTMENTS & SUPERSTORE, OLYMPIC VILLAGE, LONDON. A new girl is coming to town. At the fringes of the 2012 London Olympic Village we are implementing an carbon zero development with supermarket, riverside apartments & a scooter shop for those buzzing londoners.
	15 APARTMENTS, OLD KENT ROAD, LONDON. A residential & commercial development of 15 apartments on Old Kent Road literally with a twist which will regnerate a site destroyed by fire.
	153 APARTMENTS, ADDLESTONE. A residential development adjoining the new Civic Centre in central Addlestone, Surrey.

	BESPOKE HOUSES, WEYBRIDGE, SURREY. 2 large bespoke family homes on a very restrictive site on a private road in Weybridge. Open plan living.
	COOLINGE HOUSE, FOLKESTONE, KENT. Planning consent in highly volatile circumstances was obtained by PENSON to divide & restore an historic building into 2 dwellings.
	COOLINGE LANE, FOLKESTONE, KENT. A traditional development of 15 family homes built in the garden of Coolinge House, a historic building in the heart of Folkestone. Planning consent was battled for over 3 years & the development is now complete.
	DUCHESS HOUSE, WARREN STREET, LONDON. Previously a Bentley/Rolls Royce car showroom & of all things also a chocolate factory, PENSON were brought to the table as the architect and interior designer. Services have now grown to incude Structural Consultancy & overall delivery of the project.
	EARLS TERRACE, KENSINGTON, LONDON. One of our hotel clients entrusted us with his house on the most expensive street in the UK, Earls Terrace, Kensington.
	MAIDENHEAD F.C. Proposals to redevelop the existing football ground into residential & a new replacement stadium.
	PRINGLE BAY, S.A. A private house for someone very famous. But its a secret.
	PRIVATE HOUSE, ISLE OF WIGHT. A private house for someone famous. Involves & garage for one's Learjet.
	RESIDENTAL DEVELOPMENT, SEVENOAKS, KENT. On a tight car park site in the centre of Seveonoaks we were asked to cure the hardest ever overlooking issues.
	THE LOOM, NOTTINGHAM. A conversion of offices into residential, central Nottingham.

Healthcare

	HEXTABLE COMMUNITY VILLAGE, SWANLEY, KENT. A new community village with 100 homes & a large nursing home are being proposed on a site near Swanley, Kent.
	NURSING HOME, PURLEY, SURREY. A new build nursing home in Purley for high class private clientele covering just 60 bedrooms.
	NURSING HOME, SEVENOAKS, KENT. PENSON were brought to the table to take over the complete consultancy package after the previous team failed miserably. PENSON are turning the previous teams refusal into an approval through careful negotiations with the planners & local residents with a higher density scheme.
	OLD MARGATE HOSPITAL, MARGATE, KENT. The large old Margate hospital is set to be fully refurbished & extended by PENSON to create a leading nursing home.
	WOODLANDS NURSING HOME PENSON have been commissioned to improve an existing consent granted at appeal ready for build late 2008.

Master-Planning

	M26 SUSTAINABLE VILLAGE, KENT. A massive project is brewing in Kent. Phase 1 is due to commence soon.

Transportation

	BUS SERVICE CENTRE, BROMLEY, KENT. Minor modifications were carried out to assist with TFL infrastructure.
	CAMBERWELL BUS DEPOT, LONDON. Massive redevelopment of one of London's most important bus depots.
	LONDON GENERAL TRANSPORT BUS DEPOT, MERTON, LONDON. London Central London General required some modifications & extensions to the famous Merton Bus Station in south west London. Specialist noise advice was provide by PENSON. The works also involved the conversion of the famous Kings Head Pub on Merton Hight Street, to create a new HQ for London General Transport.
	METROBUS SERVICE CENTRE, COULSDON, SURREY. A new bus service facility was proposed by MetroBus but following careful due dilligence alternative sites were acquired.
	RAIL SAFETY & STANDARDS BOARD The Rail Safety Standards Board instructed PENSON for their new London HQ.
	TRANSPORT DEPOT, GREEN STREET GREEN, ORPINGTON, KENT. The complete redevelopment of an existing bus depot in Orpington, Kent. 30,000sq.ft building, 140 buses & a complex planning situation was fully resolved.
	WILTS & DORSET BUS SERVICE CENTRE, BLANDFORD, WILTSHIRE. The Go-Ahead plc purchased a section of industrial land to develop a large centralised new build Bus Service Centre in the heart of Wiltshire.

Factories

	CTS DISTRIBUTION HQ, SALFORDS, SURREY. 200,000sq.ft of Distribution, manufacture and administrative HQ has been granted planning consent.
	CTS FACTORY, SURREY 8, REDHILL. Proposals for the amalgamation of an existing 20,000sq.ft manufacturing centre at Surrey 8, Gatwick into a new HQ centre at Salfords, Surrey.
	LETRASET MANUFACTURING HQ, ASHFORD, KENT. Factory proposals for the manufacturer of those famous rub-on-letters, Ashford, Kent.
	SICO HQ With Jenner (Design & Build) we built out a large 40,000sq.ft european HQ for SICO in Ashford, Kent.

	PENSON FURNITURE We are sometimes asked to design bespoke furniture for projects. Our favourite to date is the white marble reception desk at Stoke Place Hotel, with eel leather panels.
